Sorry, but shenanigans on that statement. The Internet is still coded and built by people, beholden to our morals and laws. This is like saying “Its Tijuana - there are no rules.” Just because we can’t physically touch it, doesn’t mean it can’t do real damage (child pornography, identity theft, online fraud, etc.). I don’t buy it. Sorry.
