Married, With Infidelities → nytimes.com

Savage’s position on monogamy is frequently caricatured. He does not believe in promiscuity; indeed, his attacks on the anonymous-sex, gay-bathhouse culture were once taken as proof of a secret conservative agenda. And he does not believe that monogamy is wrong for all couples or even for most couples. Rather, he says that a more realistic sexual ethic would prize honesty, a little flexibility and, when necessary, forgiveness over absolute monogamy.

A Parade in Town Elaine Stritch

Any parade in town without me

Must be a second-class parade.

This is SO Elaine!

She would have been a hell of a Cora Hoover Hooper in her younger days.

I Love SlyDial → slydial.com

It’s that (free) service that puts you directly through to any U.S. Mobile phone’s voicemail when you dial.

I use it at work ALL THE TIME to call people and leave voicemail about how we can’t rent out space to them, to let down vendors, or to avoid any other potentially awkward situation where a simple voicemail will do.

Vince is making carnitas at my house RIGHT NOW!

To come home from work and have your kitchen smell like braised pork shoulder? Yes, please!

Netflix for Theaters: MoviePass Lets You Watch Unlimited Movies in Theaters → gizmodo.com

I would be down with this.  A smartphone app movie subscription that lets you watch unlimited movies in theaters for $50 a month.  They also have a “lite” package of 4 movies for $30.

I would use this. I currently have no problem seeing 5 movies a month as it is.

Hmmm - good idea, might inspire me to get to the cinema more often. Especially in Manhattan, $30 is the cost of one movie and medium popcorn.
